The Special Olympics State Winter Games is taking place at Cardinia Life Pakenham. At 9am there will be a torch relay which ends with the lighting of the Olympic cauldron at Cardinia Life. We need pics of the torch relay, the lighting of the cauldron, and pics that give a general feel of the special nature of the event. If there any local teams involved that would suit any of our local papers, please get pics of them as well.
